Damien Tansey Solicitors LLP secures settlement for 5-year-old girl following the HSE’s failure to diagnose a hip condition.

The firm’s client was delighted to be awarded €70,000 over a delay in the diagnosis of her hip dysplasia condition. The Settlement, against the HSE, was made without admission of liability.
